We are proud to reveal that District 34’s program for our youngest learners is now District 34 Preschool – and with the new name comes a new look! 

District 34 Preschool’s home is at Westbrook School, but the program serves children ages 3 to 5 years old who live anywhere within the D34 boundaries. So, the new mascot is a panda, like Westbrook’s mascot, but the colors align with District 34’s brand. 

The new name and logo emerged through the work of a leadership team of teachers, staff and parents, and included input from the broader Glenview community, so it truly reflects our community’s commitment to the education and growth of our youngest learners. 

D34 Preschool will continue to offer an inclusive, caring, play-based program that blends students with special needs and typically developing peers. The program includes general education classrooms as well as bilingual Spanish classrooms, offering a high level of support from D34’s dedicated team of early childhood educators, student services professionals and support staff in each classroom.
