Payroll Timesheet Processing Deadlines

True Time - Electronic Timesheets

Timesheet work is paid in arrears, twice a month. Work done between the 1st and the 15th of the month is paid on the last pay date of the month, and work done between the 16th of the month and the last day of the month is paid on the 15th. Timesheets must be submitted electronically every Friday or Saturday through Skyward’s True Time module.

Mileage Reimbursement

Requests for payment must be submitted to the Business Office on a quarterly basis for approval. Payments will be approved at the next applicable Board meeting following the submission deadlines:

Q1 ending March 31 - Submit by April 5th
Q2 ending June 30 - Submit by July 5th
Q3 ending September 30 - Submit by October 5th
Q4 ending December 31 - Submit by January 5th

Travel Outside the District

Request for Payment Form - Outside the District

This form is for staff who travel to pre-approved PD, Conference, Assignments etc. outside of the district.

Travel Within the District

Request for Payment Form - Various Assignments

This form is for staff who travel between two or more buildings during the same school day in order to fulfill pre-approved assignment.

Request for Payment Form - Consistent Route

This form is intended solely for staff who are assigned to two buildings and follow a consistent daily route that doesn’t require additional explanation.
